I've planned and managed numerous parties in the private sector as well as worked on special projects with the Event Department of KQED-TV in San Francisco. Throughout my many years of designing events, I've gained an excellent reputation for consistent creativity, timely delivery and budget management.
I'm a long-time Bay Area resident and know all the best places in town as well as the best vendors... some that you couldn't find without me! Additionally, I love to travel and my trips throughout the United States and Europe have given me a thorough knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines, wines and champagnes. I'm an artist at heart — my talents lend themselves naturally to distinctive table presentations and flower arrangements that will delight discerning clients of all tastes and backgrounds.
My passion for quality, style and fresh creativity brings only the finest ingredients to your event and guarantees satisfying results. Prior to graduating from the prestigious Rudolph Schaefer School Of Design in San Francisco, I successfully ran my own interior design business for over 20 years, where I honed my abilities to manage budgets, create space plans and further refined my creativity.
My work is exceptional and has been recognized by the media. I earned a Shelley award for Outstanding Scenic Design for “Same Time Next Year” at the Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts. I have also been published in the San Francisco Chronicle and Contra Costa Times as well as an interior design coffee table book, Colors For Living. Recently I was quoted in Hotel F&B Executive's September 2004 ‘Wedding Magic’ article on adding fairy-tale wedding touches to weddings and special events.
I truly understand the commitment and expense that goes into creating a special event, and that everything has to run smoothly because there is no second chance to get it right...
